PRIVACY POLICY
ErgoExpress will respect and protect the privacy of our customers and the users of our web site. We want to assure all users of ErgoExpress that we will not sell, share or rent any information supplied by our customers or those requesting information.

PRODUCT RETURNS
All products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The products
must be in Like New condition, in original packaging, with all warranty
cards, instructions, manuals, accessories and software. If products fail
to meet this criteria, requests for replacement or refund will be denied.
Products that require assembly or installation may not be returned for
credit, if assembled or installed.
 
AUTHORIZED RETURNS ONLY
You must notify us by fax, phone or e-mail within 15 days of receipt of your order of any problem with your order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Our Receiving Department will not accept returns without an RMA.

RESTOCKING CHARGE
A 10% restocking charge will be assessed for returned products which are not defective. A full refund will be issued for all defective products.
A 20% restocking charge will be assessed for custom orders.

RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES
Customer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.
ErgoExpress offers refunds on the value of the product only,
and does not reimburse or offer credit for initial or return
shipping charges

ORIGINAL PACKAGING
When returning a product use the original shipping carton the
product arrived in. If the carton is damaged, use a comparable
shipping carton. Do not tape or write on the inside package
the product may be contained in.

SECURITY
When you place an online order with ErgoEpress, or provide information to us on our website, you provide personal and financial information that is necessary for us to process your order. Information provided to us at our website is secured by QuickSSL which utilizes 128 bit SSL Certificates. This offers the highest level of encryption or security possible.
This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our site's webservers are private and secure.

SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of placement, unless on backorder.
In the event of a backorder, customer will be notified within 12 hours of backorder

SHIPPING LIMITS
We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
