Rollermouse Pro 2
The RollerMouse PRO is an innovative option to a computer mouse and is a remarkably
simple solution. Its ergonomic design places cursor control just below the spacebar
of any keyboard, making computer use faster, safer and more comfortable for right or
left handed user. It can be controlled with the thumb or any finger of either hand to
vary the task. The RollerMouse PRO provides single finger point and click functionality
and an adjustable click force on the rollerbar (5 levels of tension) by using a simple
knob under RollerMouse. The Roller Bar moves the cursor by sliding left to right, up
and down, and diagonally.

I've used the Rollermouse on two jobs and it has reduced neck, back and shoulder pain. If you position it at the right height (may need a keyboard tray), it forces you to sit correctly. The position of the rollerbar eliminates shoulder pain associated with using a mouse. It takes a few days to get used to the rollerbar, but once you do, you'll love it!

I've been using the Rollermouse Pro for about two months now and I no longer have wrist and shoulder pain.
The Roller Bar is easy to move as well as click.
