and neck support without restricting your motion.

Two arm pad support sizes are available.
One with an arm pad support 5 1/8 inches long - ( Standard pad)
and one with an arm pad support 7 7/8 inches long. ( Long Pad)
We recommend the Long Pad for most applications.
The Ergorest clamps to desks 1 5/8" thick. An optional 2 1/2" clamp is
available for thicker desks.
Ergorests are sold individually.

Ergorest probably saved my computing career

I don't think I would still be doing system administration and programming if it was not for egorest. Almost 15 years ago I started using them at the recommendation of the LA Times ergonomics person. Since that time I have not gone without them. They have definitely kept me from developing rsi.
